Serves: 6 servings
Grocery List
  • 8 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1 can artichokes, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 c. freshly grated mozzarella
  • ¾ c. freshly grated Parmesan
  • ¼ c. Cheddar
  • pepper
Here's how...
  1. Chop 2 tsp. garlic.
  2. Grate 2 c. Mozzarella, ¾ c. fresh Parmesan (fresh is best -- the green can stuff is processed and makes it gummy), and ¼ c. white Cheddar (orange works, too).
  3. Drain 1 can of artichokes, and roughly chop.
  4. Thaw one cup of frozen spinach and drain well, squeezing out any water in paper towels.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the following ingredients with a mixer until smooth:
  6. oz. room temperature cream cheese,
  7. /4 c. mayonnaise
  8. /4 c. sour cream.
  9. Fold all ingredients together.
  10. Spread into a shallow baking dish or bread bowl and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
