This creamed corn recipe changed my entire opinion about creamed corn with its cream sauce and fresh corn flavor.

  • 16-20 oz. corn
  • 2 cups whole milk or 1 c. milk + 1 c. cream
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
Here's how...
  1. To the corn in a small pot or saucepan, add milk and/or cream, flour, sugar, butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir and turn the heat to medium, stirring occasionally. When the temp gets close to boiling, the sauce will thicken.
