The crock pot meal you dream of. Chicken thighs bathe in flavors that will make your mouth sing and your dinner easy as can be. Make the whole family happy with this meal!

  • 4-6 Chicken thighs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
Here's how...
  1. Place 4-6 bone in or out chicken thighs in your crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, apple juice, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, water, and soy sauce. Stir and pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook 6-8 hours on low, turning the chicken every couple of hours.
  4. Strain out any bones or skin before serving.
  5. Serve with white rice.
