  • 1 pork loin--averaging around 5 lbs.
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. water
Here's how...
  1. Put the meat in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce, and add the bay leaf.
  4. Pour in a cup of water.
  5. Slice an onion into rings and pile it on the pork.
  6. Set the crock pot to low and cook overnight or 8 hours on low.
