Cheesy sausage. Do I really need to say more? Gooey, cheesy, melty goodness mixed with sausage and baked onto crispy English muffins. Perfect for an appetizer or a delicious quick lunch.

Serves: 12 muffins
Grocery List
  • ¾ lb. velveeta
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1 pkg. english muffins
  • ½ tsp. garlic pepper (or garlic powder plus pepper)
Here's how...
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown the sausage and drain.
  3. Add in the processed cheese that has been cut into chunks and let it all melt together.
  4. Season with the garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Slice the English muffins and lay them open-faced onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Cover each half with an equal amount of the cheesy sausage mixture.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes. To serve as an appetizer, cut into fourths.
