Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Quite possibly the best snack ever. A variety of fruits mixed with a bit of jam and served with crispy and sweet cinnamon chips.

  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi

  • Sweet cherries
  • Strawberry jam or cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Flour tortillas
  • ¼-1/2 c. cinnamon sugar
Here's how...
  1. Finely chop all fruit in the amounts you prefer and add to a large bowl. Mix in 1-3 T. strawberry jam or cherry pie filling and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  2. To make the chips, slice flour tortillas into pie-like wedges. Use a silicone brush to brush a little water onto each wedge and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 6-8 minutes (depending on the thickness of the tortillas).
