Cinnamon Toffee Blondies

Serves: 18-24 blondies
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 T. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 5 toffee candy bars
- 1 c. cinnamon chips
- Heat brown sugar and butter until hot and caramel-like.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 9x13" baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter or coconut oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs and vanilla.
- Add cooled butter/brown sugar mixture slowly in to eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk in the flour mixture until combined.
- Fold in the toffee candy and the cinnamon chips.
- Pour this into the parchment lined baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 32-37 minutes or until the top begins to crack and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove to a cooling rack and let completely cool before you lift the parchment paper out and cut these beauties into bars.
