Cinnamon Toffee Blondies

These chewy blondies give you the chewy brownie-like texture you crave with a delicious cinnamon-y twist on flavor!

Serves: 18-24 blondies

  • 3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 toffee candy bars
  • 1 c. cinnamon chips
Here's how...
  1. Heat brown sugar and butter until hot and caramel-like.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Line a 9x13" baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter or coconut oil.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and vanilla.
  7. Add cooled butter/brown sugar mixture slowly in to eggs and vanilla.
  8. Whisk in the flour mixture until combined.
  9. Fold in the toffee candy and the cinnamon chips.
  10. Pour this into the parchment lined baking dish.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for 32-37 minutes or until the top begins to crack and a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Remove to a cooling rack and let completely cool before you lift the parchment paper out and cut these beauties into bars.
