1 c. brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. allspice
¼. tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cloves
⅛ tsp. salt
2 c. apple cider
1 1 /2 T. apple cider vinegar
¼ c. butter
Here's how...
In a medium saucepan or medium heat whisk the sugar, cornstarch, spices, and salt together.
Then whisk in the apple cider and apple cider vinegar.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1½ minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in ¼ c. butter that has been cut into cubes.
Serve warm.
