4 c. rolled oats
1-2 tsp. salt
¼ c. butter
½ c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
3-4 T. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
egg yolks
berries
nuts
Here's how...
Put oats and salt in a bowl and cover with water.
Soak overnight and rinse.
Put oats, butter, cream, and milk in a pot and heat until the liquid is absorbed.
Stir the maple syrup and spices in.
Spoon into bowls while hot and add an egg yolk per bowl and stir to cook the yolk.
Garnish with berries or nuts.
