Herbed Cream Cheese Tulip Bouquet

- 1 pkg. mini bell peppers
- 2-3 bunches of green onions
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 T. butter
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Use a mixer to blend the cream cheese with the butter and spices.
- Wash and dry all of the veggies.
- Cut off the stem of the pepper and clean out the insides.
- Stuff with herbed cream cheese.
- Insert the green end of the onions into the cream cheese inside each pepper.
- Arrange into a bouquet and tie with a bit of twine or green onion if desired.
