  • ½ c. melted butter
Here's how...
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Crush at least half of a box of cheese crackers in a bag using a rolling pin. Put the crushed crackers in a shallow dish.
  3. Next, put about a cup of sour cream into another shallow dish.
  4. Cut 1.5 pounds of chicken into strips or of course you can buy them already cut.
  5. Salt and pepper each piece of chicken.
  6. Roll each piece into the sour cream to coat it and then into the crackers to thoroughly coat and set them into a 9x13" baking dish.
  7. Drizzle ½ c. of melted butter over all of the chicken.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or so or until the chicken is at 160 degrees when tested with a meat thermometer and the crackers are golden brown.
