Honey Baked Peaches -- Buttery, sweet, cinnamony peaches that melt in your mouth. Made with only 4 ingredients this may be the simplest dessert you'll ever fall in love with!

  • Unsalted butter
  • Pure honey
  • Cinnamon
Here's how...
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Slice a peach (one whole peach per person) all the way around and then twist it to create halves. Carefully, pull the pit out and discard.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange the peach halves, peel down.
  4. Add ½ T. unsalted butter to the middle of each open peach.
  5. Drizzle with ½-1 T. of honey. You can also use brown sugar if you prefer, but we found that the honey is delightful!
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon to your liking -- I used about ¼ tsp. per peach half.
  7. Add a few grains of kosher salt (use a very light hand!).
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a fork says they're as soft as you like your peaches!
