No other hot fudge will do for this girl. Never ever. I could eat it by the gallon. I refuse any other chocolate sauce for ice cream. I crave it like nobody's business. You should make it.

Serves: 10-15 servings

  • 2 c. sugar
  • ⅔ c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 6 T. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
Here's how...
  1. Mix the sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Turn the heat to medium and slowly pour in the milk, whisking as you go. Whisk constantly until the milk comes to a boil at which point, it will thicken.
  3. Remove from the heat and and add in the butter and vanilla. Whisk until melted.
  4. Serve warm.
  5. Refrigerate to store.
