This recipe dresses up beans from a can and turns them into beefy, buttery beans that have been thickened and reborn as a side dish that will make ya famous.

  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 -- 28 oz. cans Bush's Country Style Baked Beans
  • ¼ c. butter
Here's how...
  1. Brown the ground beef in a big pan or pot. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Drain the grease.
  2. Add in the canned beans draining off the juice from one of the cans.
  3. Add in butter.
  4. Keep the stovetop temperature to low, cover and let the beans simmer for at least a half hour, stirring occasionally.
