I promise, this will be the easiest side dish you ever love.
Creamy, cheesy, tiny little bites of pasta with just the right texture and deliciousness — made with two little ingredients. We eat this alongside fish, or chicken, or anytime I just need a quick side dish that everyone will gobble up.
I first heard this idea on a cooking show with the guy from Cake Boss. Yup, Buddy told me he makes this all the time and at first I thought it was way too easy to be true. And then I tried it. Guys, this is a legit recipe from an Italian chef, so you don’t have to feel like you’re cheating! Just try it!
Are you ready for these instructions? It’s pretty tricky! NOT! :o)
