Apples never had it so good. Tangy cream cheese gets sweetened and jazzed up with spices and toffee bits to make an apple dip you’d be proud to serve anywhere!

This Toffee Apple Dip is so stinking good that I almost can’t imagine sliced apples without it!  Made in less than two minutes with 5 ingredients, this is how you win the game if you need to whip up something quick as a side or to bring to a friend’s to share.

I am frequently told by guests that they would almost prefer skipping the apples and just eating this out of the bowl like ice cream.  Yeah.  Me, too.  But somehow, the apples justify the gobs of toffee dip that I must ingest.  I mean, we gotta keep the doctor away, right?

And you can whip it up in literally about 1 minute, so what’s not to love?

All you need to serve about 4 is 1 package (8 oz.) of cream cheese, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 tsp. cloves.  All of these amounts are completely variable.  You can change the sugar level;  you can change the spice level to your taste.

Mix it with a hand blender and then sprinkle the whole thing with a toffee candy bar or Butterfinger bar that has been crushed.

That’s it!  Of course, you can also add marshmallow fluff for extra yumminess if you’d like, but we just keep it basic most of the time.

For a pretty presentation, slice apples and soak them in lemon-lime pop or lemon juice (to prevent browning) and then put them on skewers on a platter with a bowl of the good stuff.

Or just plop that stuff in a bowl and try to remember to use apples instead of a spoon. :o)

So good.  Just so very good.
